This smoothie bowl is AMAZING!!!! I can’t drink my food, i have to eat it to feel satisfied and full so I made my greens smoothie into a thick & creamy bowl! This is SO GOOD FOR YOU! Tons of fiber, vitamins, nutrients, protein & healthy fats along with your daily dose of veggies! You have to try this one!
Ingredients:
- 100g Frozen Banana
- 100g Frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein (i use 1up Nutrition Vegan Vanilla or the Vanilla ISO)
- 10g Moringa Powder
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup or Agave or 1 Date
- 1 1/2 Cups Non Dairy Milk + more if you want to make your smoothie a little thinner (I love this Flax Milk)
Toppings *optional*
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Sunflower Seeds
- Granola
- Almond/Cashew/Walnut Butter
- Coconut flakes
- Cacao Nibs
- Berries/fruit
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender BUT i always start with using 1 cup of milk then slowly add more until i achieve the desired consistency. I usually end up using about 1 1/2 cups but I always start with 1 cup and go up slowly from there to make sure I get a nice, thick smoothie bowl!
