French Toast Protein Bites

I LOVE these protein bites during the holiday season! They are perfect for a quick pre workout snack or post workout fuel to hold you over until your next meal! Keep these babies in the fridge for a guilt free snack!

1 protein bite: 80 calories protein: 5/carbs: 8/fat: 4

  • 2 scoops 1up Cinnamon French Toast  Protein (XTINA for 20% off)
  • 1 1/4c Gluten Free Oats – Ground
  • 80g Nut Butter
  • 1/4c Almond Flour
  • 1/3c Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 TBSP Cinnamon
  • Blend Oats. 
  • Mix into a bowl with almond flour, protein, cinnamon & nut butter. 
  • Stir.
  • Add syrup, vanilla.
  • Stir.
  • *If it is too crumbly add more syrup or a dash of milk until consistency is sticky enough to form into balls* Form into balls, I made 15.
