- 2 scoops 1up Cinnamon French Toast Protein (XTINA for 20% off)
- 1 1/4c Gluten Free Oats – Ground
- 80g Nut Butter
- 1/4c Almond Flour
- 1/3c Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 TBSP Cinnamon
- Blend Oats.
- Mix into a bowl with almond flour, protein, cinnamon & nut butter.
- Add syrup, vanilla.
