2 Slices sprouted whole wheat toast
2 TBSP plain greek yogurt or plain coconut yogurt if you are dairy free
Juice from ½ lemon
Everything but the bagel seasoning
Crack of pepper
Dash of pink salt
2oz Smoked Salmon
Thin slices of tomato
Over easy egg *optional*
Mash avocado and mix in the yogurt, bagel seasoning, lemon, salt & pepper.
Toast bread and top with avocado mixture, tomato slices and smoked salmon.
For the over easy egg: Put a pan on med low heat and spray pan with cooking spray. Add egg when pan is warming up and let egg cook slowly until whites are cooked.
Put the egg on top of the salmon and enjoy!
