½ cup Oats (gluten free preferred)
2 TBSP Flax Meal & Chia Seed Blend (if you cant find this at vitamin shop or amazon Flaxmeal is fine)
Cinnamon & Stevia to sweeten
⅛ cup cup blueberries
⅛ cup cup raspberries
⅓ cup granola
Cook oats on the stove according to package directions. When oats are cooking stir in the flax chia blend, stevia & cinnamon. When oats are done, remove from heat.
In a mug or bowl layer a little granola, berries and a drizzle of honey then top with ½ of your oats. Top with another layer of granola, berries & honey then the rest of your oats. Top the oats with the remaining granola and berries! This can be made ahead of time and stored in a mason jar for a quick breakfast and eaten chilled or made fresh and eaten warm!
