Hormone Balancing Pumpkin Spice Chia Seed Pudding


2 TBSP Chia Seeds

1 TBSP Hemp Hearts

½ Cup Coconut, Cashew or Almond Milk

65g Pumpkin Puree

1 scoop Pumpkin Spice 1up Nutrition Protein Powder (or any whey/vegan protein)

15g Chopped Walnuts

¼ tsp pink salt

½ Tbsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

½ Banana *optional*

1 Tbsp Cashew or Almond butter *optional*



Add chia and hemp seeds to a mason jar, pour in milk and stir. Mix in all other ingredients and let sit for at least an hour or overnight.
