Homemade Protein Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:

20oz Fresh made coffee

¼ scoop 1up Nutrition Pumpkin Spice Protein Powder

1 TBSP Collagen Peptides

2 TBSP Pumpkin Puree

1 tsp coconut oil

1 tsp Cinnamon

½ tsp Pumpkin pie spice

Dash of stevia

⅛ cup Good Karma Pumpkin Spice Nog (if you can find the nog then any nut milk is fine)

 

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a blender! Enjoy!

*The coconut oil and collagen peptides make this super frothy and will help keep you full!
