1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
½ cup almond or cashew butter
½ cup sugar free maple syrup
1/2 TBSP Stevia
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
8×8 Baking Dish
Preheat oven to 350 & spray baking dish.
Put all ingredients except chocolate chips into a food processor. Puree until smooth, the batter should be thick!
Fold in the chocolate chips and reserve 2 Tbsp of chocolate chips to sprinkle on top. Pour batter into baking dish, sprinkle the top with cinnamon and remaining chocolate chips.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Let cool for 20 minutes then cut into bars!
