Baked Oats 2 Ways

Banana Blueberry Baked Oats:

 

Ingredients:

½ cup Gluten Free Oats

½ banana – mashed

½ cup almond or cashew milk

1 TBSP Chia Seeds

½ tsp baking powder

¼ cup blueberries

Cinnamon & Stevia to taste

 

Directions:

Mash your banana in a oven safe shallow bowl and add the rest of your ingredients. Bake at 350 for 20 min! Thats it! Couldn’t be easier!

 

Banana Peanut Butter Baked Oats:

 

Ingredients:

½ cup Gluten Free Oats

½ banana – mashed

½ cup almond or cashew milk

1 TBSP Chia Seeds

½ tsp baking powder

1 TBSP Powdered Peanut Butter

Topping:

1 TBSP Creamy Peanut Butter

Cinnamon & Stevia to taste

 

Directions:

Mash your banana in a oven safe shallow bowl and add the rest of your ingredients. Bake at 350 for 20 min! When the oatmeal is done, drizzle with creamy peanut butter
