Açaí Bowl


1 açaí packet

85g frozen banana

100g frozen fruit (i used wild blueberries and raspberries)

1/2 cup cashew milk

5g glutamine

1-2 scoop collagen peptides (20g protein)

Sprinkle of Cinnamon & stevia

Toppings – optional

12g chia seeds

10g hemp hearts

25g granola

14g coconut butter



Add all ingredients to a blender, you may need more milk depending on how thick or thin you want it. I have to use more milk if I use vanilla whey protein, less milk when using collagen peptides. Put into a bowl and add your toppings! Amazing meal for post-workout!
