We were going bowling, to the movies then out to dinner tonight and I don’t want the yummy smells of the bowling alley/movie theater to throw me off my diet, so this is what I’m eating before we leave!
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop @1upnutrition Vanilla Vegan Protein
- 5g Cacao Powder
- 12g chia seeds
- Almond or cashew milk
- Cinnamon
- Topped with pistachios, blueberries and pink salt
Directions:
- Mix protein, cacao, chia seeds and cinnamon with almond or cashew milk until desired consistency. I like a thick, puddling like consistency and I stir it with a fork to break up the powder
- Top with nuts and berries (toppings are optional and up to you! I love pistachios – a healthy fat that keeps me full and the blueberries are a nice sick of sweetness!)
