- Steel Cut Oatmeal
- S’mores Best Protein
- Mashed Sweet Potato
- Almond/Peanut Butter
- Walden Farms Syrup
- Cinnamon & Liquid Stevia
- Cook oatmeal. Stir in Waldens and protein powder.
- Mashed Sweet Potato (stab all over with a fork, put in a 450 oven for 30 min. Flip potato and cook for another 30)
- Mix sweet potato with a drop of Waldens, 1 drop of liquid stevia & dash of cinnamon.
- Layer sweet potatoes on oatmeal then top with banana. Add a dollop of almond or peanut butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a swirl of Walden Farms Syrup!
