Sweet Potato Banana Oatmeal

 

Really excited to share my newest Pre Workout creation! #SweetNannerOats

Ingredients:

  • Steel Cut Oatmeal
  • S’mores Best Protein
  • Mashed Sweet Potato
  • Banana
  • Almond/Peanut Butter
  • Walden Farms Syrup
  • Cinnamon & Liquid Stevia

Directions:

  1. Cook oatmeal. Stir in Waldens and protein powder.
  2. Mashed Sweet Potato (stab all over with a fork, put in a 450 oven for 30 min. Flip potato and cook for another 30)
  3. Mix sweet potato with a drop of Waldens, 1 drop of liquid stevia & dash of cinnamon.
  4. Layer sweet potatoes on oatmeal then top with banana. Add a dollop of almond or peanut butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a swirl of Walden Farms Syrup!
