This is such a great recipe for summer. It is SO incredibly filling while super low carb because it is thickened with frozen cauliflower instead of using Banana! You don’t taste the cauliflower at all, trust me! Have I steered you wrong yet?!

🍫Cacao Powder is my go-to when I want to add a little chocolate flavor. Cacao powder is different from cocoa powder because Cacao is made by cold-pressing un-roasted cacao beans which keep the living enzymes in the powder, whereas cocoa is made by roasting the beans at a high temp so the enzymes die. Cacao has more calcium than cows milk, is packed with iron, magnesium, and antioxidants.
