Makes 12 truffles – serving size 1: 3p/4c/5f/1 fiber.


  • 23g Cookies & Cream Protein
  • 10g cocoa powder
  • 56g almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp @waldenfarmsinternational Syrup
  • 32g almond butter
  • 12 mini Oreos



  1. Mix all dry ingredients and stir. Add wet ingredients and stir into a ball.
  2. Crush Oreos.
  3. Each truffle is 15g of batter. Weigh out 12 15g balls and roll into crushed Oreo. Keep in the fridge to firm up and these are just like real gooey truffles!
