NO fat, LOW Carb Coleslaw

 

For an 85g serving, this slaw is only 7.5 carb, 2 protein, and 0 fat!!

1 bag shredded cabbage Bring this to your next BBQ and no one will know it’s a more macro friendly option!🤓

INGREDIENTS:

  • 85g shredded carrot
  • 45g green onion
  • 5oz plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 whole lemon
  • Salt & Pepper

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put cabbage, carrots and green onion in a bowl.
  2. Stir in yogurt, honey, Dijon, vinegar and lemon.
  3. Stir and season with salt and pepper to taste!
