My Go-To Oat Bran

My favorite filling pre workout meal! OAT BRAN! Great before the gym as it provides lots of energy & keeps me full for the entire workout! 

Ingredients:

  • 60g oat bran
  • 1 1/4c water
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder
  • Stevia & Cinnamon
  • Fresh Blueberries

Directions:

  1. Mix oat bran & water
  2. microwave for 3:30 (*making sure to check every 30 – 60 sec to remove and stir because the oat bran expands and will overflow!*)
  3. Stir in 1 scoop of protein powder, sweeten with stevia and a sprinkle of cinnamon
  4. Top with fresh blueberries
