Healthy Egg Sandwich

This Egg Sandwich is a great source everything you need post workout! It is filling and satisfying to keep you moving in your day!

Ingredients:

  • Ezekiel English muffin
  • 1/3 cup egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 slices 96% lean turkey sausage
  • 1 slice ultra thin cheddar cheese

 

Directions:

  1.  Toast English muffin
  2. Scramble up egg and egg white together
  3. Add cheese (or wait to put it on top)
  4. Cook up turkey sausage
  5. Assemble
