Greek Yogurt Superfood Bowl!

This is such a great way to start off the day! High protein recipes like this one will keep you fuller longer so you can work your magic!

  • 1 cup of Good quality Fat-Free Greek Yogurt like Fage, Stonyfield or Oikos
  • 5g Cacao Powder
  • 5g Maca Powder
  • 12g Chia Seeds
  • Cinnamon & Stevia to taste


  • Top with fruits/nuts/seeds of your choice!
  • 60g Blueberries, 35g Raspberries, and a serving Locally Made Granola is what I used!
