- 1 cup of Good quality Fat-Free Greek Yogurt like Fage, Stonyfield or Oikos
- 5g Cacao Powder
- 5g Maca Powder
- 12g Chia Seeds
- Cinnamon & Stevia to taste
- Top with fruits/nuts/seeds of your choice!
- 60g Blueberries, 35g Raspberries, and a serving Locally Made Granola is what I used!
