Easy fast and delicious avocado toast to keep you full and on the go

I crave this perfect Avocado Toast every day🙌🏼

The reason this is a daily staple is that it keeps me FULL and is loaded with fiber and healthy fats which you need for hormonal health. Find a snack that is delicious, healthy, keeps you full and keeps you going!


🥑What You’ll Need:

  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 Lemon – Juiced
  • Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes & Trader Joes Everything But The Bagel Seasoning (optional)
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Feta Cheese
  • Gluten Free Bread – Toasted
  • With a side of egg whites for some extra protein



While your bread is toasting, mix 1/2 avocado with lemon juice and seasonings. Top your toast with the avocado mixture, halved cherry tomatoes & crumbled feta! It’s that easy! Make 1 cup egg whites seasoned with salt, pepper, and top with salsa for a delicious, healthy and high fiber breakfast!
