An Air Fryer should be a staple in everyone’s kitchen🙌🏼

I have never been more excited to eat veggies because I FRY EVERYTHING😂

This bowl is a mixture of:

  • Egg Plant
  • Brussels Sprouts
  • Sweet Potato
  • Zucchini
  • Asparagus

All fried at once in my NutriChef Air Fryer! As the veggies were frying, I made some shrimp on the stove👇🏼

  • Pre Heat pan to Medium High, Season Shrimp, spray your pan with cooking spray and sauté your shrimp for 2 minutes on each side, that’s IT! So simple!
  • I topped this veggie bowl off with some avocado and it was super filling, healthy and such a treat!
