Macros for mug cake made with egg whites
- 1 Scoop 1Up Nutrition Protein (i love the white chocolate mint but you can use chocolate or vanilla)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp coconut flour
- Sprinkle of Stevia/Sweetener of your choice
- 1 whole egg OR 1/4c egg whites
- 1/4c almond or cashew milk
- 1 tsp Mini Chocolate Chips (I used Lily’s Vegan Chips)
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract (optional, i just love mint chocolate chip!)
- 1 tsp Mini Marshmallows
- Mix protein powder, baking powder, coconut flour and stevia together.
- Stir in egg and milk.
- Top with chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Microwave for 50-60 seconds (I prefer 50 seconds because I like it a little raw and gooey)
