Ooey Gooey Protein Mug Cake

I loveee this mug cake as an end of the night treat!!!

Macros for mug cake made with egg whites



  • 1 Scoop 1Up Nutrition Protein (i love the white chocolate mint but you can use chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • Sprinkle of Stevia/Sweetener of your choice
  • 1 whole egg OR 1/4c egg whites
  • 1/4c almond or cashew milk
  • 1 tsp Mini Chocolate Chips (I used Lily’s Vegan Chips)
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract (optional, i just love mint chocolate chip!)
  • 1 tsp Mini Marshmallows


  • Mix protein powder, baking powder, coconut flour and stevia together.
  • Stir in egg and milk.
  • Top with chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  • Microwave for 50-60 seconds (I prefer 50 seconds because I like it a little raw and gooey)
