Chili Lime Quesadilla

Ready for your next Mexican night!? If not, I have you covered! Try this!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Low Carb Tortillas
  • 2oz Cooked Jenny-O 99/1 Ground Turkey
  • 1.5oz bell Peppers
  • 1.5oz Onions
  • 2 Laughing Cow Queso Cheese Wedge
  • 50g Fat-Free Cheddar
  • Taco Seasoning
  • Paprika & Cumin
  • Chili Lime Seasoning

Directions:

  1. Season turkey with taco, paprika & cumin. Brown and break apart on the stove top, set aside when cooked.
  2. Sautéed peppers & onions with salt & taco seasoning, cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Spread 1 Laughing Cow wedge on each tortilla.
  4. Spray quesadilla maker with cooking spray.
  5. Add 1 tortilla, use 1/2 the cheese, top with peppers, onions, and turkey.
  6. Top with remaining cheese & season with Chili Lime then add the last tortilla!
  7. Cook for 3 min or until tortilla is brown and crispy.
  8. Top with salsa or favorite hot sauce!
