Taco Bell Crunch Wrap

Fast food doesn’t have to ruin your diet! Replicating your favorite fast food recipes at home will keep you on track while satisfying your craving!
1 Large Wrap
1 Tostada
2.5 oz Lean Ground Beef
1-2 servings of Lite Mexican Cheese
Hot Sauce or Enchilada Sauce
Shredded Lettuce
Chopped Tomato
-Sauté ground beef with taco seasoning and cook until brown.
-Toss beef in enchilada sauce and place beef in the middle of your wrap.
-Top beef with tostada
-Add a light spread of enchilada sauce to your tostada
-Layer lettuce, tomatoes and cheese on top of your tostada
-Fold wrap over the mixture (if there is a small hole that is okay! the cheese with melt when seared and it will close)
-Place wrap fold side down on a moderately hot pan with cooking spray.
-Press down and let sit on heat for 1-2 minutes.
-Flip & sear for 1 min
