This appetizer is an all-around crowd pleaser! No one will ever know this is a low-fat alternative to a very calorie dense appetizer.
Makes 16 ¼ Cup Servings

Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) package of whipped cream cheese
¾ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon minced garlic
pinch of salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 (10-ounce) package of frozen spinach thawed and drained
1 cup fat-free mozzarella shredded cheese
3 tbsp parm cheese (shredded or grated)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Thaw & Drain Spinach.
Drain & chop artichoke hearts.
In a large bowl stir together cream cheese, yogurt, garlic, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
Add in the artichoke hearts, spinach and mozzarella cheese, stir.
Transfer mixture into an 8×8 baking dish and top with the parm cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes. If you want the cheese more golden brown, broil on low for 2-5 minutes.
