Guilt-Free Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers

Okay you guys..this recipe is FREAKING AMAZING! How can you pass up anything wrapped in bacon!? The great thing about this recipe is you don’t have to feel guilty about eating a few..or a lot 😉
Makes 24 poppers
Macros for 1: p3/c2/f4
12 Jalapenos
1 (8-ounce) package of whipped cream cheese
1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp minced garlic
½ tsp paprika
12 slices bacon cut in half (Trader Joes Uncured Bacon has the best macros!)
Pre heat oven to 400.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and top with a baking rack.
Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and center rib. Set aside.
In a bowl mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic and paprika. Add a pinch of salt. Spoon filling into each jalapeno.
Wrap each jalapeno with 1 slice of halved bacon. Stick a toothpick through the center of the jalapeno to secure the bacon in place.
Place poppers on the baking rack and bake for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes if you would like the bacon a little crispier, broil on low for 1-2 minutes.
