This is a great low carb snack to satisfy your sweet tooth! I like to make these in a mini loaf pan so they are all the same size and weight. When I make brownies in a dish I can never cut them the same size and this fixes my problem!
Serving Size 6.
For 1 brownie: 148 calories 15p/13c/4f
1 Can black beans – drained
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 cup egg whites
20 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
19g coconut flour
70g fat-free cottage cheese
32g almond butter
Mini loaf tin (bought mine at target)
Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend. Spray mini loaf tins with cooking spray. Bake brownies in 250 oven for 25 minutes.
