Açaí Bowl

I have waited so long to even try Acai bowls because I knew how high calorie they were, so I decided to take on the challenge of creating a macro-friendly version! I AM HOOKED!
Makes 2 Servings Acai Only – No Toppings
1 Serving: 191 Grams
 175 Calories: P13/F4/C22
1 Acai Packet – bought mine from Trader Joes
100g Frozen Mixed Berries
90g Frozen Banana
1/3 Cup Almond/Cashew/Coconut Milk
3-4 Pumps Liquid Stevia or 1-2 tsp Powder Stevia
1 Scoop BPI Best Protein Vanilla Swirl
Toppings – All of these are suggestions
Granola – I love the Trader Joes Toasted Coconut Granola
Cocoa Nibs
Coconut Flakes
Chia Seeds
Nut Butter
Defrost Acai Packet by running under room temp water for 1-2 minutes. Break up with your hands. Add Acai, berries, banana, protein powder, stevia & milk to blender (or food processor lol). Blend until smooth. Put 191 grams in 2 containers and store in your fridge until you are ready to add toppings and eat!
