This is an amazing recipe for a summer party or dinner for the family! No one will ever think this was made with greek yogurt and not mayo!
Recipe yields 2 Lobster Rolls
Serving Size: 1 Lobster Roll 25p/27c/2f
Ingredients:
3 Lobster Tails
50g Fat Free Greek Yogurt
Juice from 1/2 lemon (1 whole lemon if your lemon is small)
1 TBSP Chives
1/8 cup Celery
Old Bay
Hotdog Bun
Salt
Directions:
Steam Lobster Tails. Remove meat from shell & chop into chunks. Mix 50g of fat-free Greek yogurt, lemon juice, 1 tbsp chives, 1/8 cup chopped celery, dash of old bay & salt.
Toast buns and load them up with lobster mixture! Enjoy!
