Meal Prepping for the week can’t get much more simple when you have a crock pot! This preparation of chicken is so easy and versatile! Throw chicken in the crock pot, cover with seasoning and salsa, set it and forget it! With this chicken you can make taco salads, quesadillas, chipotle bowls, enchiladas, burritos, lettuce wraps, tacos and so much more! Packed with flavor, this chicken is sure to be a crowd pleaser!
STEP 1: Put chicken breast in a single layer in your crock pot

STEP 2: Season with Taco or Fajita & Jerk seasoning. Load up the seasonings, you want your chicken to taste GOOD!

STEP 3: Cover with Salsa. I buy the cheap salsa for this step and use the more fun salsa’s to top my chicken with then its done. I do not count this salsa towards my macros. I only will track any additional salsa I add to my chicken when its cooked.

If you have more chicken, add another layer and repeat the steps. You want each chicken breast to be covered with seasoning and salsa. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6. When chicken is done, shred with two forks right in the crock pot. This will keep your chicken moist and flavorful!
