Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl

Poke bowls are the new rage and they are so simple to make at home! The base is usually rice but you could make it low carb by substituting riced cauliflower. Choose your favorite toppings and thats it! Easy, healthy, fast meal!
The toppings on my bowl above:
Ahi Tuna
Seaweed Salad – purchased at Fresh Market
Dried Seaweed cut into strips
Cucumber
Green Onion
Avocado
Mango
Ginger
Sesame Seeds
Spicy Mayo
Wasabi Sauce
Some other toppings I love:
Salmon
Kimchi
Ponzu Sauce
Shredded Carrot
Shelled Edamame
Pineapple
Crispy Onion Straws *Love this, adds crunch!
